Definition
The state in which the entity is located.
If you select this attribute, it means that you are designating this attribute as required for use on the Accounting Entry Control screen (Account Entry Control) to help assign unique account numbers to an accounting category.
Example:
If separate tax payable account numbers (the account number) exist for a single product code (the accounting category), you would select PRODUCT on this screen - indicating that it is a required field - for the taxes payable accounting category. In other words, you would select it to tell the system - this attribute is going to be required for account number assignment to an accounting category on the Account Entry Control screen.
