Definition
Set this to indicate to the system that the batch that you are creating is to be processed in Journal Entry (JE).
There are two ways to create a batch record in JE. One way is to create the batch and designate it as "processed" for JE. The other way is to not select "process", and that means that when the record is saved, JE will not process it. You might use that, for example, in a situation in which you want to begin working on a batch, and save the data and continue working on it at a later time, and then activate it for processing in JE when you are done.
JE will only run the batch that you are creating here if you set this flag.
