Definition

The status for the PBA/Report Month in the reporting cycle.

Statuses are:

Current, but not Finalized � The PBA has been generated for the month and is up-to-date, but has not been finalized.

Finalized � The PBA has been mailed and sent to the owners.

Once a report has been finalized, it cannot then be reset to outdated (see below). Once finalized, any changes to the data for that month will be rolled to the next month.

Outdated � The PBA was generated once for the month, but some allocation activity, ownership activity, or other PPN activity changed data that appears on the report.

The report must be re-generated to take into account the most current information.
