Documentation
Definition
The transaction type determines whether the quantities entered override or add to imbalance data for a particular months processing.
Select the appropriate entry based on the following criteria:
-Starting Imbalance - Establishes the initial cumulative imbalance. This imbalance can be entered only once.
-Cumulative Override - Establishes a new cumulative override. This can be used when imbalances are being settled and a new starting point is needed.
-Detail Override - Establishes detailed information about actual or entitled volumes which is then used to override the volume amount processed through Contractual Allocation.
-Cumulative Adjustment - Allows adjustments for both entitlements and actuals.
-Detail Adjustment - This transaction type adds volume that originated in Contractual Allocation.
