Definition
Indicates how the tax percent is calculated (used when the system source code is Check Input). Net indicates that the standard system calculates the tax percent, while Gross indicates that the tax percent is 100%.
Gross should be selected if the owners are being paid on a property recorded through check input, and one or more owners are exempt from tax.
