Definition

Reserved words used to perform a binary operation for Factors 1 and 2.

The following are Factor 1 and Factor 2 Reserved Words. (After this list of Reserved Words listed individually, there are lists of External Marketing Reserved Words, External Results Reserved Words, Internal Marketing Reserved Words, and Internal Results Reserved Words at the bottom of this document.)

ACTBTUFAC, Actual BTU Factor Override - The BTU Factor associated with the actual volume preloaded with the system calculated amount. This word overrides the system-calculated amount if used in a result field. None of the override source fields may be used with this word. The result of this word must be divided by 1,000 in your formula.

ACTMMBTU, Actual MMBTU Volume - The actual MMBTU Volume. This word is pre-loaded with the system-calculated volume and overrides the system calculated volume if used in a result field. None of the override source fields may be used with this word.

ACTVAL, Actual Value - The actual value associated with a VL transaction. The value of this word is passed in the revenue system as the gross value of an actual transaction. None of the override source fields may be used with this word.

ACTVOL, Actual Volume - The actual volume is pre-loaded with the system-calculated volume. This word overrides the system-calculated volume if used in a result field. None of the override source fields may be used with this word.

ACTWLR, Actual PVR - A field on the VL transaction is preloaded with a system calculated volume for Actual PVR.

ADANONPL, Alternative Dual Accounting Non-plant Owner - Indicates that the price multiplier does not represent gas plant interest ownership.

ADAPLOWN, Alternative Dual Accounting Plant Owners - Indicates that the price multiplier does represent gas plant interest ownership.

BBLPWL, Barrels per Well - This reserved word retrieves the unit volume for a given product code and volume type in addition to the well count associated with the unit. The unit volume divided by the well count is the barrels per well. The product code and volume type cannot be entered independently, but can be overridden together. If not entered, they will default to the formula header. An override contract may be used with this word.

BTUFAC, BTU Factor Determination - The BTU factor for an override product code and determination volume type. BTU is at the determination method as entered in volume determination. The product code and volume type cannot be entered independently. The product code and volume type default to those entered on the formula header. Also, an override purchaser, measurement point, or well completion may be entered with this word. If an override measurement point or well completion is used, you must use the Transporter BA that corresponds with it. Do not divide the result of this BTU word by 1,000 in your formula.

BUYSELLVAL, Buy/Sell Value - Buy/sell value for buy/sell contract agreement. The purchaser buys from itself through indirect supply contract. Revenue Distribution makes journal entries for the portion of the Buy/Sell agreement relating to a sale in a indirect supply contract. The contract number is required.

COUNTABLEWELLS, Countable Wells - The number of countable wells on a lease for a settlement diversity formula.

DAYSINMO, Days in the Month - Calculates the days in the current production month. An override contract may be used with this word.

DAYSPRMO, Days in the Prior Month - Calculates the days in the previous production month. An override contract may be used with this word.

ENTMMBTU, Entitled MMBTU Volume - Pre-loaded with system calculated volume. If used in a result field, this word overrides the system-calculated volume. None of the override source fields may be used with this word.

ENTVAL, Entitled Value - The entitled value associated with a VL transaction. The value of the word will be passed in the Revenue system as the gross value of the entitled transaction. None of the override source fields may be used with this word.

ENTVOL, Entitled Volume - Pre-loaded with system calculated volume. If used in a result field, this word overrides the system-calculated volume. None of the override source fields may be used with this word.

ENTWLR, Entitled PVR - A field on the VL transaction is preloaded with a system-calculated volume. Entitled PVR volume is calculated as follows:

  • For NGL Sales Transactions in Wet Gas Balancing Networks: Entitled PVR = 203/01 Entitlement Attributable to wet gas sent to the plant - 204/03 Entitlement - 2x4/xx Returned Lease Fuels
  • For NGL Sales Transactions in Non-Wet Gas Balancing Networks and NGL Casinghead Transactions: Entitled PVR = 203/01 Entitlement - 204/03 Entitlement - 2x4/xx Returned Lease Fuels.
  • The returned lease fuel volume types are 10-15, 75, and 79. Returned lease fuel is adjusted for excess lease fuel volumes. The system-calculated value can be overridden by using Entitled PVR as a result word in a valuation formula. None of the override source fields may be used with this word.

Note: Because Entitled PVR is calculated using OA gas volumes, both NGLs and residue must be allocated before NGLs can be valued. Entitled PVR is only valid when used for NGL transactions in an OA network.

ESETMMBTU, Entitled Settlement MMBTU - Defines a settlement owner's portion of the contract and producer entitled energy.

ESETVOL, Entitled Settlement Volume - Defines a settlement owner's portion of the contract and producer entitled volume.

GASPRICE, Gas Price - The contract calculated gas price or the contract override gas price. The override portion of this word is optional, including product and whether the price is daily or monthly. If monthly/daily indicator is not entered, it will default to monthly. An override purchaser, measurement point, well completion, or contract may be entered with this word.

GBBLPW, Gravity Barrels per Well - This reserved word retrieves the unit volume for a given product and volume type in addition to the well count associated with the unit. The unit volume divided by the well count is the barrels per well. This word also calculates the percentage of volume with gravity less than the limit specified on the sliding scale header and the percentage of volume with gravity greater than or equal to the limit specified on the sliding scale header. The product code and volume type cannot be entered independently, but can be overridden together. If not entered, they will default to the formula header. An override contract may be used with this word.

HILOPRES, Hi/Lo Pressure - HI/LO Pressure. Can only be used on a .D. network. Computes the ratio of volume for a given allocation meter to the total volume for all allocation meters. An override allocation meter measurement point type must be entered.

KANADPVAL, Kansas Gas Severance Tax Class - Applies an override taxable value for use in the calculation of Kansas severance taxes.

IMMULTF, Int Multiple Mktg Type - Returns the internal marketing rate for the multiple fee marketing type. The resulting amount is available for further processing in Revenue Distribution.

IMROYDE, Int Royalty Deduction Mktg Type - Returns the internal marketing rate for the royalty deduction marketing type.

LSEVAL, Lease Sales Value - The value of lease sales under the operating company sales contract. Lease Sales Value is used in situations where both plant and lease owners marked NGLs under the operating company sales contract. It is used by Revenue Distribution to create entries for the plant clearing account when the lease has a processing agreement with the plant. Lease Sales Value is only valid when used with the operating company plant NGL sales contract transactions. None of the override source fields may be used with this word.

LSEVOL, Lease Sales Volume - The volume of lease sales under the operating company sales contract Lease Sales Volume is used in conjunction with Lease Sales Value to create entries for the plant clearing account in Revenue Distribution. Lease Sales Volume is valid only when used with the operating company plant NGL sales transactions. None of the override source fields may be used with this word.

MMSPROC, MMS Processing Rate - Tax and Royalty MMS transportation rate. The override portion of this word is optional, which is product code. An override measurement point, well completion, or contract may be entered with this word.

MMSTRANS, MMS Transportation Rate - Tax and Royalty MMS transportation rate. The override portion of this word
