Definition
Kelly bushing elevation.
The kelly is the the heavy square or hexagonal steel part that is suspended from the swivel through the rotary table and connected to the drill pipe to turn the drill string.
The kelly bushing elevation is the distance of the kelly bushing to mean sea level, if the entity is an offshore entity.
If the entity is on-shore, it is the distance from the kelly bushing to ground level.
