Definition
The transmission number is needed by some clearing houses in order to ensure that there is no data loss.
Use
The intervals that are to be used are normally specified by the clearing house itself.
It is possible to specify an interval for each clearing house in Customizing. If internal number ranges have been set up, the transmission number is filled automatically at transmission time.
If automatic number determination is not possible because more complex algorithms are to be used, a business add-in (OIRH_CHS_OUTBOUND_01) needs to be implemented in order to determine this number. This can be used for clearing houses which specify narrow, rotating number ranges.
