Definition
If this indicator is set , you can change (via the List Payment Cards transaction) the specified complaint result in payment card transaction records within the specified company code, even when no settlement number exists for the transaction record.
If the indicator is not set, the system only allows you to change the complaint result if a settlement number exists for the transaction record.
