This field should be filled when you want the total clearing house fees to appear as a separate material on the billing document.

This field should remain blank when you do not want the clearing house fees as a separate material on the billing document.

To meet the requirements of the SSR standard template delivered, this field should be filled with the clearing house fee material number for credit cards and EC cards, but should remain blank for fleet cards.
