Definition
The time that applies for a specific service station location. Meters are assigned to service stations. Normally in the system, Greenwich Standard Time is used as a kind of default. However, the system has to take into account that the specific service station may not be in Greenwich time. Thus, the system uses the local time to reflect the specific time at the service station in question.
