Definition

The month-end projection method determines how the system calculates a projection for the sales quantities and amounts until the end of the month.

This projection is only done for the current month. For months in the past or in the future no projection is supported.

As the basis for the projection the data already existing for this month is taken.

Following methods are supported:

  • ' ' - No calcualtion of a projection
  • 'D' - The data already existing for this month is devided by the number of day of the month already passed and multiplied by the total number of days within the month.
  • 'M' - Per location the day of the last meter reading inbound process is determined. The data for the location is devided the the number of days until that last meter reading upload and multiplied by the total number of days within the month
