Definition

Determines whether or not a document base table record is relevant for the upload of further information into the document base table.

Use

If a document base table record has already been included in a document by a subsequent process, then this record must not be available for further aggregation. This is because any further aggregation would cause inconsistencies between the documents created from this record.

For this reason, this indicator is set when a subsequent process selects a document base table record for processing. When the fill document base table function selects the relevant records for upload, it will not select any records in which this indicator is set.
