Definition
Identifies whether or not a particular OIRADBT record is a result of a complaint from a payment card clearing house.
Use
Complaints received from a clearing house are investigated by the oil company. The result of this investigation may require further postings to be made in the system. Payment card complaint processing will create any required entries in the relevant DTF table and pass them to the DBT with the complaint flag marked. Function OIRA_READ_DBT allows the calling process to decide whether or not they wish to select complaint transactions from OIRADBT. This can be determined using the import parameter COMPLAINT_FLAG.
