Definition
This value indicates if existing OIRADBT transactions should be used during the OIRADBT upload for aggregation purposes.
There are two possible selections:
1) "Do not include existing DBT entries when uploading new trans":
If this value is selected, then the OIRADBT fill function OIRA_FILL_DBT will not select any existing transactions from the database. The fill function will not check if any incoming transactions can be aggregated. Transactions from this upload will not be aggregated with the transactions from previous uploads.
2) "Include existing DBT entries when uploading new transactions":
If this value is selected, then the OIRADBT fill function OIRA_FILL_DBT will select existing transactions for the current location from the database. The fill function will check if any of the incoming transactions can be aggregated with existing transactions. This maximises the aggregation of transactions within OIRADBT.
