Documentation
Definition
Tracking objects may be removed (deleted) from a tracking hierarchy when, for example, a user selects certain statuses or when the BAdI method DELETE_OBJECT is activated.
If this flag is set and all the child objects of a particular parent object are deleted, the parent object is deleted also. If the flag is not set, the parent object is left in place.
