Documentation
Definition
If this flag is set the associated document flow will be merged with the main flow. The tracking profile allows definition of two document flow profiles which may be processes in parallel or merged using this flag.
Use
If the profiles are processed in parallel, each starting object will appear twice, for example:
PM Order
--> PM order component
--> Transport requisition
--> Transport order
--> Delivery
PM Order
--> PM order component
--> Transport requisition
--> Purchase requisition
--> Purchase order
--> Goods receipt
If the profiles are merged, the two flows are displayed under one starting object eliminating duplicate tracking objects wherever possible. By merging the two flows shown above, the following flow results:
PM Order
--> PM order component
--> Transport requisition
--> Transport order
--> Delivery
-->Purchase requisition
--> Purchase order
--> Goods receipt
