Documentation
Definition
Defines the sequence of container types against which a handling unit is checked when added to a shipment.
When a handling unit is added to a shipment, Remote Logistics Management checks each active container type to see if the handling unit external ID matches a container that is defined in the master data for that type. If a match is found, the handling unit is deemed to be a container of that type. This means that it is subject to container handling within RLM; for example, it may not be used in two shipments at the same time.
If a packing material is specified for a handling unit, the master data search is limited to the container types that are assigned to the packing material.
If the container master includes a reference to a packing material, this is substituted into the handling unit.
