Definition

A green log status indicates that no other user is currently planning with this delivery in other shipment planning workbench sessions.

In contrast, a yellow log status indicates that the delivery is currently used for planning in another shipment planning workbench session.

A red log status is only displayed if a delivery is added to a shipment and the same shipment is at the same time generated with this delivery in another shipment planning workbench session.

The transaction O4PZ (Document log) can be used to display the currently logged documents. This transaction can also be used to manually delete the log entries if required.
