Documentation
Definition
The default partner role code used to select a customer partner when only the business location is specified on the inbound IDoc. The partner role code identifies the role or function of the business partner with respect to the business location. One partner may perform a number of roles for the same business location.
Example
You can define a partner role to identify the function of 'operator of fuels' for a specific business location. For each business location at which fuels can be operated, a partner role entry can be created for the business partner for fuels. That partner role is then identified by the partner role code.
