Definition
The default receiving location type for an inbound shipment document. The inbound shipment document processing expects the location type of the location defined in the inbound shipment IDoc to be of this type unless explicitly specified in the shipment IDoc itself.
Procedure
If it is necessary to define a default location type, you should enter one in this field.
Examples
The following are some of the possibilities supported in the system:
- CU - customer
- BL - business location.
Dependencies
The setting will determine the type of receiving location that the inbound bulk shipment processing searches for when generating a bulkk shipment and associated documents in the system.
