Definition
The default department of the contact person to be used by inbound bulk shipment processing.
Use
The customer's description for a department may differ from the description that you use internally. You can enter the customer's own description in the Customer dept field.
Example
You may classify a department as "sales". The customer, however, may refer to the department as "SLS-South", for example.
Procedure
Enter one of the values predefined for your system.
