Dependencies
Example
You load 90,000 barrels of oil onto a ship. There are three tickets for this loading operation. The quantities, which were measured on shore, for the tickets are as follows:
- Ticket one: 40,000 barrels
- Ticket two: 20,000 barrels
- Ticket three: 30,000 barrels
The corresponding three quantities that were measured on the ship are as follows:
- Ticket one: 42,000 barrels
- Ticket two: 19,000 barrels
- Ticket three: 33,000 barrels
The system checks if the difference between each pair of quantities, such as 40,000 - 42,000 for ticket one, is within the tolerances allowed for measurement comparison. If the difference falls within the tolerances, the Status field for that ticket is shown as On.
