Documentation
Definition
The tolerance as a percentage, for the duration of a stage within a route, compared to the scheduled dates and times entered in the nomination items.
Use
When checking the scheduled date & time in the nomination item against the route and stages, an exact check is performed. Nevertheless, it is possible to allow a certain tolerance, where no error or warning is issued.
Dependencies
Example
Route stage from location A to location B has a duration of 20 days.
The scheduled nomination items are scheduled for October 1st at location A and October 20th at location B. The difference is 19 days.
Without a tolerance set, the time check would result in an error.
Setting a tolerance of 10 %, a range of 18 to 22 days would be allowed, so the time check would not produce any errors.
