Definition
The Planning Transport System (TS) is used to determine the cycle period for the planning object (transport system-material or location material combination).
The planning TS automatically defaulted for the TS is the TS itself.
For a location planning object, the relationship between this location and transport systems (as defined in the master data) can be "one-to- many", and the planning TS must be selected from one of the possible valid transport systems.
Note
The planning TS is optional only in the case of origin-only locations.
