Definition
Indicates the status of the Nomination as a whole. This field can have the following values:
S - indicates that the Nomination is scheduled and no quantity has been actualized. i.e., none of the line items have been actualized.
P - indicates that partial quantity has been actualized for the Nomination. i.e., atleast one line item has been fully/partially actualized and some are yet to be actualized.
B - indicates that full quantity has been actualized. i.e., all the line items of the nomination have been fully actualized or nomination header status is 3 (Closed)
