Definition
With this indicator you can allow to save a document (e.g. nomination) as incomplete to the database. If a check routine defined within the validation groups failes the checks and the indicator "incompletion allowed" is switched on, the checked document can be saved with this incorrect status.
Based on this failed check the indicator "Incompletion Flag" will be set and stored with the document to the database.
