Documentation
Definition
The window period event determines the laytime start event. Depending on whether the window period event takes places before, during, or
after the scheduling period, another laytime term is used for the start event.
Use
If you use the before/during/after logic to determine the laytime start event, enter a window period event.
Dependencies
When the system performs laytime calculation in the nomination, it reads the time at which the window period event happened and compares it with the scheduling period. This way the system determines if it has to use the "before", "during", or "after" line of the table for laytime start and end events to determine the laytime start event.
