The unit of measure used as the standard UoM for volume for the bulk storage object. All volume- based quantity fields in the storage object segment reference this standard unit of measure.

Procedure

Determine the volume unit of measure in which you want to specify all volumetric quantities for the current storage object or storage object type. Enter a unit of measure with the Dimension Key VOL.

Examples

All references to the capacity of a service station tank are made in liters; the standard unit of measure for volume is therefore entered as 'L', the UoM code for 'liter'.
