Definition
The access mode basically determines to which primary object a characteristics segment for storage characteristics is attached.
As such, a storage object characteristic segment is only attached to one primary object; the access mode is fixed.
An example is 'Customer - sequence number' for ancharacteristic segment describing one tank of the customer.
