This entry determines the special length UoM for which a special input/output logic is used in tank master data and tank dips. The special logic is that length data is displayed and can be entered following the logic used for Foot and inches.
E.G. 1 Foot 2 Inches 3/4 can be entered and displayed as 1'2"3/4.
