Documentation
Definition
This field is for defining the maximum usable capacity of the bulk storage object. This is typically the maximum safe capacity above which, in the case of bulk liquids, there may be a danger of overflow due to expansion in high ambient temperatures.
Procedure
Enter the maximum usable capacity of the storage object.
Examples
A truck unloads a delivery into a tank at a customer site. The driver uses a dipping rod to ascertain the amount of free space in the tank before the delivery commences. He/she can do this by strapping the dip value of the existing tank contents and subtracting this from the maximum usable capacity of the tank.
Dependencies
None at present.
