Documentation
Definition
The conversion factor is used to adjust the value of the product flow (expressed as the difference between the current reading and the previous reading) to a correct value, when the meter reading is known to be producing high or low readings.
It can also be used to adjust the output value of the quantity by a decimal factor to compensate for meter counters which have decimal places.
