Definition
This indicator describes exceptions in handling of ICMS complement for distributor sales of price controlled materials (like Diesel).
Standard handling is the following:
ICMS complement is calculated based on the difference between the customer city pump price and the lowest state pump price. This difference is posted as ICMS ST tax payable. If the difference is negative, nothing is posted.
