Documentation
Definition
This field contains the lower warning limit (in percentage) for a specific conversion group. If the manual entry is lower than the quantity calculated by the system, and by more than a specific percentage, the system issues a warning message.
The warning tolerance for manual entries refers to the range of values, within which the system accepts deviances between a quantity entered manually and a quantity calculated in the system without producing a warning message.
When a quantity is manually entered in the Oil Quantity Conversion dialog box, the system compares the manually-entered quantity to the quantity in the system. When the manual entry is greater than the upper or lower limit (but still within the error tolerance area), the system produces a warning.
