Test temperature at which combustion of natural gas takes place. The combustion process is necessary to determine the heating value of the natural gas at well defined base conditions. Often, metering of the volume takes place at diferent base conditions (temperature, pressure) than the combustion. The system converts the heating value at test conditions to a heating value at defined base or standard reference conditions defined in the conversion group using standard ISO conversion formulas or via customer-specific routines.
The conversion group list is in the IMG under Industry Solution Oil & Gas (Downstream) -> HPM (Hydrocarbon Product Management) -> Petroleum Measurement Standards -> Quantity Conversion Interface (QCI) Configuration -> Define conversion group and external function module settings.
