Definition
The density/relative density/gravity of the oil material is corrected so that it is at a standard temperature.
The density type (density/relative density/gravity) is defined in the conversion group, along with the standard temperature to which the measured density should be corrected.
The American Petroleum Institute (API) defines ranges for the different density types as follows:
Density 653.00 to 1070
Relative density 0.6110 to 1.0760
Gravity 0.0 to 100.0
