Documentation
Definition
The starting point in the period work schedule determines the position in the period work schedule from which the work schedule is generated.
Use
A period work schedule can consist of any number of days. For example, you have created a period work schedule that covers four weeks, that is 28 days/positions. To determine the position, you number off the positions in the period work schedule.
Procedure
Example
You have created a seven-day period work schedule that starts on a Monday and ends on a Sunday. The Monday is position 001, Tuesday is 002, and so on. The reference date for the period work schedule is the 01/05/1999 (a Friday). You must therefore enter 01/05/1999 as the reference date and position 005 as the starting point.
