Definition

The effective business event duration in hours is the sum of all the hours of the business event for every day of the business event. It is calculated automatically from the time schedule selected by adding up the length of the day sections from every day of either the selected day schedule or the user-defined schedule, whichever applies.

For business events with weekly or monthly repetition, the value calculated in this way is then multiplied by the number of times the business event is held.

Procedure

No input is required because the system automatically calculates the business event duration in hours.
