Definition

This string is used to set the conditions that must be fulfilled for a rule to apply. The eligibility string is based on the public holiday classes in the holiday calendar. You can base the applicability of a rule on the public holiday class of the following day.

Use

The rule is only recognized as valid and a corresponding action carried out if the condition in the eligibility string is fulfilled.

Procedure

You use this string to determine the public holidays before which you want a rule to apply.

Activate the relevant public holiday classes.

Examples

You only want a rule to apply on days that are not followed by a public holiday. Activate the Public holiday class BLANK - not a public holiday line and leave the other lines blank.
