If this indicator is set and there are several identical device data records simply with different import dates and times, the system will suppress the dialog and automatically use the most recently imported data record.

Use

In case of some devices a multiple, unintended export of interface files may occur. The system imports these, finds several suitable entries and, if the indicator is not set, will offer these in a selection dialog for the user.

Depending on the document category and interface, it may be sensible to suppress this dialog and instead use the most recent data record. When this indicator is set, the system will behave accordingly.
