Definition
During the check for treatment authorization, the system checks for which OU constellations the user has jurisdiction. These OU constellations are grouped under the term OU jurisdiction and are defined in pairs - a department with a care unit (nursing OU) or a department with a service facility/outpatient clinic. This also takes interdepartmental OU constellations into account.
OU jurisdictions are linked to roles in Customizing and are thus assigned to users.
