Documentation
Definition
To improve performance when displaying lists (listing several patients) and navigating in the system, you can temporarily buffer negative treatment authorization check results. This behavior is deactivated in the standard system but you can activate it by specifying an expiry time (> 0 seconds) in Customizing.
The maximum expiry time is 255 seconds (4.3 minutes).
Use
Dependencies
In the worst case, this can mean that a user cannot access the patient's data until after this expiry time even though he or she is already authorized to do so.
After the expiry time, the system again checks for a treatment authorization.
