Definition
The treatment authorization ends when the patient leaves an OU or is discharged.
The follow-up period indicates the number of additional days by which the treatment authorization is extended to allow postprocessing of the patient data.
Depending on the requirements of the project, you can configure the follow-up period in different levels, from a value that applies throughout the institution to periods for specific OU constellations.
