Definition
Indicates whether a medical document exists. The field contains an entry for visits and services.
- In the case of services, the icon indicates whether a medical document exists for the service.
- For visits, the icon indicates whether a medical document exists for the case to which the visit is attached.
All findings, discharge summaries, and the like are referred to as medical documents, apart from laboratory documents and additional information for requests.
