Definition
Specifies the dose of a drug or ingredient of a drug.
Use
This dose is entered when an order is created. The system uses this dose to determine the total dose for the patient.
Dependencies
Example
The dose is 5 mg. If the total dose for the patient is calculated using his body weight (per kg) and the patient weighs 10kg, the system will calculate 50mg as the total patient dose.
