Note on clinical order and preregistration: The preregistration is a kind of clinical order. SAP Patient Management (IS-H) only uses Preregistration, whereas ISHMED also uses other kinds of clinical order. Therefore explanations for IS-H always concern the preregistration.
This field contains the identification of a similar request type from the order type.
This field is essentially required for internal processing in various applications when requests (Release < 4.72) are migrated to clinical orders (Release >= 4.72).
