Note on clinical order and preregistration: The preregistration is a kind of clinical order. SAP Patient Management (IS-H) only uses Preregistration, whereas ISHMED also uses other kinds of clinical order. Therefore explanations for IS-H always concern the preregistration.
The Order Fillers Restricted indicator restricts the number of order fillers to which a clinical order can be addressed:
- If you set this indicator, orders of this order type can only be addressed to the explicitly specified order fillers.
- If you do not set this indicator, you can address orders of this order type to any order filler.
