Note on clinical order and preregistration: The preregistration is a kind of clinical order. SAP Patient Management (IS-H) only uses Preregistration, whereas ISHMED also uses other kinds of clinical order. Therefore explanations for IS-H always concern the preregistration.

The External Business Partner Allowed indicator shows whether you can enter an external business partner as the initiator of orders of this order type. The restrictions of the Initiator Restricted indicator also apply:

• If you set the External Business Partner Allowed indicator, you can enter either external business partners or organizational units as initiators in the following table.
• If you did not set the External Business Partner Allowed indicator, you cannot enter external business partners as initiators in the following table.
