Use

If this indicator is set, the initiator only sees the services that are explicitly specified for this clinical order type (tab page Fillers).

If this indicator is not set, the service selection for the initiator of the clinical order contains all of the services defined for the possible order fillers, provided this is not prevented in the definition of services (tab page Fillers) (H indicator on Fillers tab page).
